Made to Order Service We offer a made to order service for virtually all kinds of jewellery in particular 18ct Gold and Diamonds. This service obviously takes a little longer due to the interaction between us and the customer, but once design and Diamond grade is agreed the finished article is usually ready within two to three weeks for straight forward items.   By using this service, you the customer, can have pieces that are not generally available in the shops. We can mix and match stones that are not usually found together to produce a unique piece, as well as providing the finished article   For example, have you seen a Diamond ring that is either very expensive or at  the other end of the scale the Diamond grade is not good enough? We can show you the different blank mounts then show the ring with different sizes and grades of stone. This way the same ring  design can vary in price to suit your requirements. The same also applies to Diamond pendants, earrings, body jewellery, necklaces etc...   We also offer a similar service in patterned wedding rings. These are available  in 9ct,18ct, 22ct yellow gold, white gold and "Rose" gold as well as platinum. There are over 50 patterns available in Medium and Heavy 'D' shape, court and flat surfaced and you can choose the width of the ring. Remember, these rings are made for you in your correct finger size and at a width and thickness so that the best price is achieved. Pearl and Bead Rethreading We rethread pearls and beads on the premises at very competitive rates. Part jobs also under taken such as new glass, buttons, and stems. Silver cell batteries supplied and fitted £4.50, Lithium batteries supplied and fitted £6.00 Watch resealing after battery fitting is available. Most types of clock repairs undertaken including Grandfather clocks and 400 day (Anniversary) clocks. Home visits arranged for large clocks within a 30 mile radius of Nailsea. Prices on application. Metal bracelet shortening. FREE if the watch is purchased from us. BEWARE! not all watch outlets can shorten metal bracelets. Ask before purchasing. We repair these type of clocks & fit quartz movements. Moissanite and Diamond Testing We can test for the real thing £2.00 per item. Don't be caught out! Insurance Valuations Competitive rate of 1.5% of value, plus VAT for standard typed valuations. (Minimum charge £20.00) General Jewellery Repairs All types of gold and silver jewellery repairs are undertaken by our own goldsmith. None of our repairs are posted to the goldsmith however we can provide a postal service should you require it, for £5.00. Our prices are very competitive!!
